October 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is open to attracting skilled professionals from other countries.

ABC.AZ reports that Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov stated about this at the INMerge Innovation Summit organized by PASHA Holding LLC in Baku.

He added that focusing solely on local personnel is not enough.

“We are also open to talents from abroad, supported by the ‘Highly Skilled Migrant Program.’ Key innovation competencies are among the main criteria. Do we see a return on investment? Yes, we do,” Jabbarov said.
