October 11, Fineko/abc.az. Young families, families of martyrs, families of national heroes, internally displaced persons, persons who have worked in public service for at least 3 years, candidates of sciences or doctors of sciences, persons with special merits in the field of sports have the right to use a social mortgage.

ABC.AZ reports that preferential loans are given to a citizen only once. This work is underway in 21 banks.

A preferential mortgage is a loan given by the Azerbaiajn Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund. The maximum amount of a preferential mortgage loan is 100,000 manats. Applicants can take out a loan for a period of no more than 30 years with minimum payment of 10%.

There are also IDPs in the category of persons who can use a social mortgage. Currently, the state is building apartments for this category of citizens in their native lands.

Given this, is it possible to exclude these persons from the category intended for social mortgages?
