October 15, Fineko/abc.az. The practice of separate waste collection in four types is being introduced in Shusha, and this ractice will be an innovation for Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Orkhan Jabbarli, the head of the Public Relations Department atTəmiz Şəhər OJSC  (Tamiz Shahar; Clean City), made the relevant statement.

He noted that the appropriate containers for separate waste collection have already been installed in Shusha as a pilot project.

The waste will be sorted into 4 types: paper, glass, metal-plastic and mixed.

Jabbarli recalled that Karabakh region has been declared a green zone, which makes proper waste management even more important.
