October 16, Fineko/abc.az. 190 private residential buildings are to be constructed in the city of Aghdere, and 56 in Khojali.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Hamid Mehdiyev, assistant executive director of the Rehabilitation, Construction & Management Service in the city of Khankendi, Aghdere and Khojali districts.

"At that, 120 residential buildings are to be built in Malibeyli and other villages of Khojali district. In Sugovushan, construction of 5 five-storey buildings is being completed," he said, when delivering speech at a panel discussion within the Caspian Construction Week.

Mehdiyev added that the return of IDPs to Khankendi has not yet begun, but more than 5,000 employees of state and non-state enterprises, as well as 1,200 students of the Karabakh University have already settled in the city.
