October 31, Fineko/abc.az. In September 2024, the average selling price of 1 kg of long-grain rice in Azerbaijan was 4.52 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the indicator is 0.07 manats or 2% less than in September 2023.

At that, the cost of 1 kg of locally produced long-grain rice reached 4.52 manats (0.67 manats or 13% less year-on-year).

And 1 kg of imported rice amounted to 4.38 manats (0.33 manats or 8% more against the 2023 same term).

In September 2023, the average price for 1 kg of long-grain rice was 4.59% manats.

The cost of local rice was 5.22 manats, imported rice – 4.05 manats.
