November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez will arrive in Azerbaijan to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).

ABC.AZ reports that it was informed during the meeting of the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to our country, Cristina Latore Sancho, with President Ilham Aliyev.

Expressing satisfaction with the participation of the Spanish PM in COP 29, the head of state said that this would be the first visit from the Spanish side to our country at the level of the PM.

They expressed confidence that the upcoming meetings during the visit would give a new impetus to development of bilateral relations.
