November 5, Fineko/abc.az. During the first 3 quarters of 2024, the average daily export capacity through the South Caucasus Pipeline totaled 61.7 million cu m, ABC.AZ reports, referring to operator company BP Azerbaijan.

At that, 63.1 million cu m of natural gas per day were exported in the 1st half of 2024, and 60.5 million cu m per day for Q3 of 2023.

During the first 3 quarters of the year, SCP's operating expenses amounted to about $60 million, and capital expenditures — nearly $13 million. Over the 2023 same term operating expenses reached close to $49 million and capital expenditures exceeded $4.5 million.

During the past three quarters, an average of about 74 million standard cubic meters (about 2.609 billion standard cubic feet) of Shah Deniz gas were also shipped daily from the Sangachal terminal. Over the 2023 same term, 71 million standard cubic meters (about 2.522 billion standard cubic feet) of Shah Deniz gas were shipped.
