November 29, Fineko/abc.az. Engineering company Volts Energy Ltd., registered in Abu Dhabi, and Azerbaijan’s Turan Energy LLC have established a joint company.

ABC.AZ informs that a joint venture company is registered in Azerbaijan under the name Turan Volts Energy LLC.

The company is registered at address: Bakucity, Narimanov district, Ziya Buniyadov Str., 2; Chinar Park Business Center.

The JV has authorized capital of 1,000 manats Its director is Anar Samedov.

The companies came to an agreement two months ago. The new JV will operate in Azerbaijan and will focus on design, supply and construction (EPC) projects for renewable energy sources and energy storage systems.
