December 2, Fineko/abc.az. As of November 1, 2024, the mortgage loan portfolio of Azerbaijani banks amounted to 4.174 billion manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to CBA monthly statistical bulletin, the mortgage loan portfolio increased by 29.3 million manats (0.7%) on a monthly basis, by 1.545 billion manats (15%) compared with the end of 2023, and by 712.6 million manats (20.6%) on an annual basis.

The portfolio of mortgage loans as of October 1 of this year totaled 4.145 billion manats, as of January 1 - 3.629 billion manats, for Jan-Oct 2023 - 3.46 billion manats.
