December 2, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Mortgage & Loan Guarantee Fund has concluded about 6,000 lease agreements with the obligation of subsequent redemption, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Aslan Zeynalov, deputy director of the AMCGF Rental Housing Department .

Zeynalov said that from December 3, 549 more fully renovated apartments in Sumgayit and Sarai settlement of Absheron district will be provided to citizens to choose from.

"201 apartments with monthly payment of 546 manats are offered in Sumgayit, and 348 apartments with payment of 448 manats in Sarai," Zeynalov said.

According to the AMCGF rep, the process of applying and choosing an apartment is fully automated and is carried out through an electronic mortgage and loan guarantee system.

He stressed that the apartments are located in residential complexes built after 2013, with access to schools, kindergartens, transport and other infrastructure. All apartments are renovated and equipped with an individual heating system.

"So far, citizens have been offered apartments at 14 addresses in Baku, Sumgayit, Khirdalan and Absheron district. Of those who have used the mechanism of renting housing with the obligation to buy out, about 70% are young people," Zeynalov said.
