December 3, Fineko/abc.az. On February 8, 2025, the energy systems of the Baltic States will disconnect from the Russian electric power grid and begin joint testing of their power systems in the energy island mode.

ABC.AZ informs that synchronization with the frequency of continental Europe will take place on February 9. This was announced by Estonian energy company Elering.
