December 3, Fineko/abc.az. The report on premiums and compensation payments on voluntary insurance of motor vehicles in Azerbaijan for Jan-Oct has been published.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Central Bank's report that the premiums on this type of insurance amounted to 50.698 million manats (8.234 million manats, or 19% more versus Jan-Oct 2023 - 42.464 million manats) and compensations were paid for 18.379 million manats (1.913 million manats or 12% more against Jan-Oct 2023 - 16.466 million manats).

The loss rate for Jan-Oct 2024 was 36% (a drop of 3% compared with Jan-Oct 2023 - 39%).
