December 6, Fineko/abc.az. A park of Western Azerbaijan will be created in the Ecopark in Zira, ABC.AZ informs, citing Western Azerbaijan Community’s chairman of board Aziz Alakberli.

He said that at the tree planting campaign held on the second day of the II International Conference on the theme "The right to return: Ensuring justice for Azerbaijanis forcibly removed from Armenia", a tree was planted in honor of each guest:

"This tradition will be continued in the coming years. A large park of Western Azerbaijan will be created on this territory."

He said that at the panel session held on the first day of the conference, the guests were provided with information about the realities of Western Azerbaijan:

"Today's event is connected with the heritage of Western Azerbaijan. Our compatriots have left a rich cultural heritage in Western Azerbaijan. Armenians have distorted this heritage in various forms. In this regard, an exhibition was held. Our music, our cuisine, our culture will be presented today. Our goal is for the guests not to be satisfied with these hearings and to know that blasphemy against our cultural heritage has been committed in these places."
