December 9, Fineko/abc.az. Considering that the circumstances that served as the basis for the suspension of licenses were not eliminated within the established time frame, by the decision of the Central Bank's Board of November 20, 2024, licenses for the activities of an insurance agent issued to 2 legal entities and 5 individuals were canceled.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank that also by CBA Board’s decision from this date, in accordance with Article 107.1.3 of the Law, taking into account that the circumstances that led to the suspension of the license twice within 12 months are repeated within 9 months from the date of the last suspension of the license on the basis of due to this circumstance, the licenses issued to 3 (three) individuals for the activities of an insurance agent have been canceled.
