December 11, Fineko/abc.az. A service fee will be charged for providing an electronic notification (e-bildiriş).

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Law on State Duty, included in the agenda of the parliament's meeting on December 13.

According to the draft, when paying the stipulated state duties, a service fee of 0.02 manats is charged for an e-notification drawn up for each legal action for which a state fee should be charged, and in order to strengthen social protection and improve the material security of employees of the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority, they are transferred to the Treasury the account of this body.

The procedure for using these finances will be determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority.
