December 11, Fineko/abc.az. LUKOIL Azerbaijan CJSC has been fined for violating fire safety rules.

ABC.AZ reports that in relation to the company, the Ministry of Emergency Situations has drawn up a penalty protocol in relation to the company under Article 518.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences (For violation or non-compliance with fire safety rules, non-compliance with fire safety standards, norms and rules when allocating, designing land plots for the purpose of construction work, as well as during construction, reconstruction, expansion, technical reconstruction of territories, enterprises, buildings and structures or their commissioning) of electrical panels

The protocol was sent to the Sumgait City Court for consideration.

The decision was announced at the trial chaired by Judge Gunel Ismayilova. According to the decision, an administrative penalty (fine) was imposed on the company.
