December 12, Fineko/abc.az. GDP production in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) in 2025 is expected to reach 1.5 bn manats (3.9% more than the forecast figure for 2024), ABC.AZ reports, quoting NAR Deputy Economy Minister, Acting Minister Abbas Ismayilov as saying this at a meeting of the Economic Policy Committee of the Supreme Majlis.

Ismayilov noted that growth is expected in all sectors of the economy in 2025: "Industrial production is projected to grow by 3.7%, agricultural products by 2.5%, and the volume of construction and installation work in the structure of investments in fixed assets is expected to reach 10.5%."

Over Jan-Oct 2024, GDP production in the NAR grew by 1.1%, reaching 1.19 bn manats.
