December 13, Fineko/abc.az. According to the State Border Service, 2,412,000 foreigners and stateless persons from 195 countries arrived in Azerbaijan for Jan-Nov 2024 (27.4% more against the 2023 same term).

ABC.AZ informs that 28.2% of foreigners came from the Russian Federation, 16.1% from Turkey, 8.9% from India, 8.0% from Iran, 4.1% from Georgia, 3.9% from Saudi Arabia, 3.3% from Kazakhstan, 3.0% from Pakistan, 1.8% from China, 1.7% from Uzbekistan, 1.6% from the UAE, 1.4% from Ukraine, 1.2% each from Turkmenistan and Kuwait, 1.1% from Israel, by 1.0% each from Oman, Belarus and the UK, 11.5% from other countries. Men made up 67.0% of the arrivals and women - 33.0%.

Compared with Jan-Nov 2023, the number of arrivals from India grew 2.2-fold, Spain 2.0-fold, South Korea 2.0-fold, China 1.9-fold, Philippines 1.6-fold, Kyrgyzstan 1.5-fold, Kazakhstan by 49.8%, Pakistan by 48.5%, Oman by 45.0%, Jordan by 41.6%, Poland by 37.9%, from Italy by 37.0%, from the USA by 35.2%, from Iran by 30.4%, from the Netherlands by 28.5%, from Turkmenistan by 28.1%, from Germany by 28.0%, from Yemen by 27.7%, from France by 24.5%, from Saudi Arabia by 22.7%, from Tajikistan by 21.8%, from Egypt by 20.8%, from Great Britain by 20.3%, from the Russian Federation by 17.7%, from Uzbekistan by 16.2%, from Ukraine by 15.9%, from Turkey by 13.9%, and from Moldova by 11.3%.
