December 16, Fineko/abc.az. Based on the data of the State Customs Committee on the non-return of foreign currency earnings by some business entities exporting various products abroad, the public prosecution bodies have initiated several criminal cases, which are under preliminary investigation.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Prosecutor General's Office that as a result of the measures taken by the prosecutor's offices of Shamkir, Astara, Ismailli, Agsu and Zangilan districts, has currently secured the return of more than $37.6 million (over 63.9 million manats) to authorized bank accounts of Azerbaijan.
