December 26, Fineko/abc.az. The protocol on the fine drawn up by the Central Bank in relation to the SOCAR subsidiary was terminated by the court.

ABC.AZ informs that in the case considered in the Sabail District Court of Baku under the chairmanship of Judge Shahla Suleymanova, the fine imposed on SOCAR Midstream Operations LLC by Article 430.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses was not provided for.

The court terminated the proceedings, citing the absence of an administrative offense.

Prior to this, the courts of the 1st instance terminated several penalty protocols issued by the CBA.
