January 13, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades continue increasing in Monday’s trading  after growth over the past week.

The price of Brent crude futures for March on the ICE Futures exchange grew by $1.37 (1.72%) to $81.13 per barrel by 09:18. Following the trading on January 10, March’s Brent crude futures rose by $2.84 (3.69%) to $79.76 per barrel.

The price of February’s WTI crude oil futures on the NYMEX commodity exchange rose by $1.48 (1.93%) to $78.05 per barrel by 09:18. Following the trading on January 10, WTI crude oil futures for February increased in price by $2.65 (3.58%), to $76.57 per barrel.

Following the past week, crude oil Brent rose by 4.25% and WTI by 3.53%.
