February 6, Fineko/abc.az. The clinic and the medical faculty of the Karabakh University will start functioning in September of this year.

ABC.AZ informs that Science & Education Minister of Azerbaijan Emin Amrullayev stated about this at a briefing.

He noted that students who will enroll in Karabakh University in the next academic year will be exempt from tuition fees and will be provided with a place in a dormitory.
