February 11, Fineko/abc.az. The negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan have not reached an impasse, but Baku has not responded to Yerevan's proposals for three months.

ABC.AZ reports that Armenian parliament’s speaker Alen Simonyan stated this at a briefing.

"I would not say that the negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan have reached an impasse. However, Azerbaijan has not responded to our proposals for three months now, which is worrying," he said, but added that he could not provide details of the Armenian proposals.

"We have a historic chance to establish peace in the region for our generations," he added.
