February 18, Fineko/abc.az. The final investment decision for the Shah Deniz Compression project will be made at the end of this year, said Tamam Bayatli, Head of the Press Service of BP-Azerbaijan, during the public discussions of the draft Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the Shah Deniz Compression project.

According to her, the project is currently at the stage of preparation, discussion, and approval of the ESIA, afterwards the work will be proceed towards making the final investment decision for the project.

"The final investment decision for the project will be made in the second half of this year, closer to the end of the year," Tamam Bayatli noted.
