February 18, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan exported 26,114 tons of persimmons for $19,293 for January 2025.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the State Customs Committee, that persimmon exports gre by $2.236 million or 13% in value and 5,049 tons or 24% in quantity against January 2024.

Our country exported 21,065 tons of persimmons for $17,057 for January 2024.

In January 2025, the share of persimmon exports in Azerbaijan's overall exports was 0.63%, while non–oil exports accounted for 7.85%.

The average export price of 1 kg of persimmons for January 2025 was 1.26 manats (0.12 manats, or 9% less than a year earlier). In January 2024, the average export price of 1 kg of persimmon was 1.38 manats.
