February 19, Fineko/abc.az. The 16th package of sanctions against Russia agreed by the European Union (EU) includes a ban on the broadcasting of eight Russian media outlets in the countries of the association, AFP reports.

ABC.AZ informs that 13 Russian banks are also preparing to disconnect from the SWIFT international payment system. It is not known which banks and media are in question. The sanctions are expected to be adopted next Monday, February 24, on the third anniversary of the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
