February 20, Fineko/abc.az. A new boulevard will be constructed around the Bulbulya Lake in Baku, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Baku Landscaping Service.

It was noted that the Bulbulya Lake, which has been receiving wastewater from surrounding villages for many years, will soon become a clean, well-maintained and attractive vacation destination.

The actual water depth in the Bulbulya Lake with total area of 99 hectares is 2.50-2.80 m. There are residential buildings around the lake. The distance between some houses and the lake is even less than 10 m.

Currently, the marshy area around the lake has been completely drained, and the waste has been removed.

A trunk line has been laid around the lake to prevent sewage from entering the lake.
