February 20, Fineko/abc.az. The powers of the Minister of Youth & Sports of Azerbaijan have been expanded.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the amendment made to the Regulation on the Ministry of Youth & Sports of Azerbaijan by a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

The powers of the minister include the allocation of financial resources as the manager of finances allocated from the State Budget and extra-budgetary funds, provision of salary allowances, financial assistance and bonuses to employees of the Ministry, taking into account the limits of allocated finances, making proposals on the formation of the State Budget and extra-budgetary funds for the relevant year in accordance with Ministry’s activities.
