March 4, Fineko/abc.az. To date, 49.5 million manats of investments have been made in the Neftchala Industrial Quarter, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Economic Zones Development Agency (under the Ministry of Economy).

Another 13.6 million manats will be invested within the existing projects.

More than 300 permanent jobs were created in the quarter, and nearly 200 more jobs are to be created in the next stage as part of ongoing projects. The Neftchala Industrial Quarter has already produced output for more than 210 million manats, including products exported for 1.37 million manats.

In addition, there is a positive production trend in the Industrial Quarter. Thus, in 2024, the product sales totaled 60 million manats (5-fold more versus 2023).

Six business entities with total investments of over 63 million manats were registered as residents in the Quarter, 5 of which have already started production activities.
