March 10, Fineko/abc.az. Javid Veliyev has been appointed a member of the Board of the Center for the Analysis of International Relations.

ABC.AZ informs that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a relevant decree.

Javid Veliyev was born in 1979 in the city of Sumgait. In 1998-2002, he received a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the Aegean University in Turkey. He holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of International Relations at Gazi University and a doctorate from the Faculty of International Relations at Ankara University.

In 2005-2009, he worked at the Center for Strategic Studies of National Security of Turkey (TUSAM), in 2009-2019 — at the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of Azerbaijan.
