Kaspi raised $650 million through bonds - money can be used to develop a business in Turkey

March 19, Fineko/abc.az. Kazakh fintech giant Kaspi has issued 5-year bonds with yield of 6.25% per annum.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the source, this money can be used for business development in Turkey.

In 2023, Kaspi bought a 65.41% stake in Turkish company Hepsiburada for $1.1 billion. This is a major step to enter the Turkish market.

At the end of March, Kaspi will hold a shareholders' meeting, where they will present the financial results for 2024.
