April 16, Fineko/abc.az. U.S. President Donald Trump plans to convince more than 70 countries to isolate China's economy in exchange for the abolition of import duties imposed by the White House. The measures should force Beijing to sit down at the negotiating table with Washington.

ABC.AZ informs that The Wall Street Journal writes about this.

During negotiations with representatives of states, the U.S. administration plans to ask countries to ban China from shipping goods through their territories, to prevent the deployment of Chinese firms, and not to absorb cheap Chinese manufactured goods into their economies. According to the interlocutors of the publication, the exact requirements will differ for different countries, depending on their involvement in the Chinese economy.

On April 10, the U.S. raised duties on all Chinese goods from 125% to 145%. In response, China increased duties on American goods from 84% to 125%. Then, according to Reuters, China called on other countries to jointly fight Trump's tariffs.
