April 21, Fineko/abc.az. The names of the banks whose loan portfolio has grown the most in Azerbaijan have been published.

ABC.AZ informs that according to banks-prepared rating on the dynamics of real estate loans, the highest growth was recorded on Accessbank - by 55.6%. In monetary terms, bank's loan portfolio grew by 5.9 million manats.

ZiraatBank Azerbaijan ranks 2nd on growth after Accessbank with indicator of 15.9% or 4.2 million manats.

The 3rd place is occupied by Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbayan, which increased its mortgage loan portfolio by 9.6% or by 4.6 million manats.

PASHA Bank's mortgage loan portfolio grew by 35.5%, or 55.2 million manats, compared to the end of last year.

The mortgage loan portfolio of Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbayan increased by about 34.5%, or by 12 million manats.

Bank of Baku took the 6th place in the list with an increase of 33.5% (11.7 million manats).

The mortgage loan portfolio of the International Bank of Azerbaijan increased by 4.3 million manats (26.3%)

In the reporting quarter, the mortgage loan portfolio decreased only at Melli Iran Bank.
