May 13, Fineko/abc.az. In April 2025, the consumer price index in Azerbaijan increased by 6.3% compared to April 2024.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that prices increased for food, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products (7.6%), non-food products (2.7%), and paid services to the public (also 7.6%).

At the moment, the target range of annual inflation set by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan is 2%-6%.

Compared to the previous month, the consumer price index increased by 0.3% in April, and by 5.8% for Jan-Apr 2025 against Jan-Apr 2024.
