Eni wants to sell a 20% stake in Plenitude

May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Italian energy company Eni (ENI) has begun exclusive negotiations with Apes Alternative Credit Management about the sale of a 20% stake in its renewable energy and retail division, Plenitude.

ABC.AZ reports that the energy group announced about this on Thursday.

Negotiations are centered around the valuation of Plenitude's share capital in the range of €9.8 billion to €10.2 billion.

This estimate corresponds to an enterprise value exceeding €12 billion, or approx. $13.4 billion.
