May 22,, Fineko/abc.az. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the laws "On Executive Officials", "On Enforcement Proceedings", "On Mortgages" and "On Non-cash Payments" adopted at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis on April 1.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the amendments, officials will be fined 500 to 1,000 manats for the bailiff's acceptance of cash payable under enforcement documents, enforcement payments, as well as expenses related to the implementation of enforcement actions, or for the bailiff's payment in cash of funds payable to the recoverer or debtor.

At the same time, payment of funds according to executive documents, executive payments, as well as expenses related to the implementation of executive actions, is carried out exclusively by wire transfer.
