May 23, Fineko/abc.az. On May 23, Milli Majlis approved in the 1st reading a bill providing for the transition from paper receipts to electronic invoices and certificates for the purchase and sale of cotton.

ABC.AZ informs that the innovation is aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency in agriculture.

The electronic system will simplify calculations, speed up the process of obtaining subsidies through the Subsidy Information System (ISS) and ensure better administration. The initiative is part of the agrarian reform and involves the abandonment of outdated reporting forms.
