May 26, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2025, 16 insurance companies of Azerbaijan gathered 588.466 million manats of premiums.
ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank, that the indicator is an increase of 8.4% versus Jan-Apr 2024.
For Jan-Apr 2025, the amount of insurance payments made by the companies totaled 231.333 million manats (a 10.4% rise in annual terms).
Over the past 4 months of 2025, for every 100 manats of insurance premiums collected, the insurance sector accounted for 39.3 manats of insurance payments.
In the same period of last year, this figure was 38.6 manats.
