June 12, Fineko/abc.az. The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications (CAERC) has presented preliminary figures for the June issue of the Export Review.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the survey, Azerbaijan's non-oil sector exports for Jan-May 2025 amounted to $1.4 billion (a rise of 11.6% against Jan-May 2024). 

Over Jan-May 2025, food exports increased by 14.4% up to $417.7 million. The export of chemical industry products grew by $46.8 million or 45.9% versus Jan-May 2024, exports of sugar - by $3 million or 30.1%, cotton yarn - by $1.3 million or 14.5%, fruits and vegetables - by $48 million or by 19.1%, ferrous metals and products made from them - by $3.8 million or 11.3%.
For the past 5 months, country’s exports of agricultural products increased by 17.2% up to $331.2 million, and agro-industrial products - by 5.9%, reaching $115.6 million. As a whole, joint exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products grew by 14% up to $446.7 million.
