June 13, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Stock Exchange CJSC (BSE) was fined 6,000 manats by the decision of the Yasamal District Court of Baku on the basis of Article 548.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for late implementation of prescribed measures to eliminate violations identified during a comprehensive audit conducted by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan. An official of the BSE was also fined 1,500 manats by the Central Bank.

In addition, for violating the rules of admission to trading, listing, storage and delisting of securities in the BSE, the chairman of the Listing Committee of the Exchange was fined 700 manats in accordance with Article 416.0.7 of the Code of Administrative Offences.
