June 20, Fineko/abc.az. On July 1, the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund at Baku Auction Center LLC will hold auctions for the sale of real estate to TexnikaBank OJSC, which is in the process of liquidation, on July 2 to Atabank OJSC, and on July 8 to Dəmir Bank OJSC, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the ADIF.

In particular, a non-residential premises with an area of 247.9 sq m (add: Baku, Yasamal district, 7 Sallaghan Street), owned by Texnika Bank will be put up for auction for 750,000 manats; non-residential premises with an area of 320.65 sq m (add: Yevlakh, Nizami Avenue), owned by Atabank, for 400,000 manats; non-residential building with an area of 126.5 sq m (add: Sumgayit city, Industrial zone, Metallurg Street), owned by Demir Bank, for 260,000 manats.
