June 24, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May 2025, the insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan collected 548.125 million manats of premiums for voluntary medical insurance.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the Central Bank, voluntary insurance premiums grew by 14% versus the 2024 same term.

At the same time, the companies made payments for 257.365 million for Jan-May 2025 (17% more against Jan-May 2024).

For the past 5 months of this year, 171.228 million manats of premiums were gathered on types of compulsory insurance (6% more than a year earlier).
