July 29, Fineko/abc.az. This year, the State Service for Property Issues continued its work in the field of leasing state property.
ABC.AZ reports that 312 new lease agreements for non-residential premises were concluded in the 1st half of 2025.
During this period, 3.8 million manats were paid to the State Budget from the lease of non-residential premises.
At the same time, for Jan-Jun 2025, new lease agreements were signed for 1,900 land plots. 18 million manats were paid to the State Budget from the lease of land plots.
In total, 2,212 lease agreements for non-residential and land plots were concluded in the 1st half of 2025. Compared with Jan-Jun 2024, the number of lease agreements concluded grew by 21.1%.
Over Jan-Jun 2025, 21.8 million manats were transferred to the State Budget from the rental of immovable state property. Compared with the 2024 same term, the increase was 22.3%.
