August 1, Fineko/abc.az. On August 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., an auction will be held at the Baku Auction Center.

ABC.AZ reports that two non-residential real estate objects belonging to Atabank, liquidated by the Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund, will be put up for auction.

One of the objects for sale is located on a leased land plot with an area of 0.55 hectares at 6A Heydar Aliyev Avenue in the city of Shirvan. The two-storey office building has 2 entrances.  With total area of 314.7 sq m the main area of the facility is 275.7 sq m, and the auxiliary area is 39 sq m. The initial sale price of this facility is set at 430,000 manats (the deposit amount is 21,500 manats).

Another object that will be put up for sale at auction is a non-residential building with total area of 279.3 sq m, located at 22 Shakhriyar Street, Shemakha. The proposed initial sale price for this property is 490,000 manats (the deposit amount is 24,500 manats).

The terms of sale for both properties are the same. Thus, a deposit of 5% of the purchase price must be paid to the auction organizer. After the buyer becomes the owner of the property, he is obliged to transfer the remaining amount in full to the customer's account within 7 calendar days.
