August 15, Fineko/abc.az. Today, the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has organized a regular deposit auction to place treasury account funds in national currency in local banks in order to manage State Budget funds more effectively.

ABC.AZ reports, referring the Ministry, that following the auction, the balance of the treasury account in the amount of 400 million manats was placed in two banks that submitted bids from the country's five largest banks in terms of capitalization and assets for 28-day period at weighted average interest rate of 7%.
