October 1, Fineko/abc.az The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD) has sold its equity stake in Holcim Azerbaijan.

A source says that the Bank owned a 10% equity stake in Azerbaijan’s large cement producer Holcim Azerbaijan.

"EBRD's stake in the Company was bought by another shareholder – Switzerland’s Lafarge Holcim, whose shares increased up to 76% from 66%. The remaining shares, in particular 10%, as before, belong to Switzerland’s Holcim Auslandbeteiligungs GmbH, and 14% to individuals," the source reported.
