September 10, Fineko/abc.az. In August, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp (TSMC) posted a 33.8% revenue increase to T$335.77 billion ($11.09 billion), while revenue for January–August rose 37.1%.

According to ABC.AZ, demand for artificial intelligence chips was the main growth driver: the company’s key client is NVIDIA, the global leader in AI processors.

TSMC expects a strong third quarter and forecasts a recovery in consumer electronics demand. However, trade tensions between the US and China could restrict its operations in the Chinese market.
