September 16, Fineko/abc.az. Caspian Galaxy LLC ceases its activities and announces its merger with Baku International Tobacco LLC, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the announcements of these companies.

From now on, the rights and obligations of Caspian Galaxy LLC will be transferred to Baku International Tobacco LLC.

Caspian Galaxy has registered cigarette brands “Bakı”, “Azəri”, “Şirvan”, “Freedom” and “Astra” in Azerbaijan.

The company sells non-food products and has outlets in 9 regions of the country. Caspian Galaxy LLC was founded in 2011 by Vugar Huseynov. Since 2016, the management of the company has been entrusted to Tural Gasimov.
