September 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Shusha City Master Plan identifies areas where investors can implement real estate projects.

ABC.AZ informs that Aydin Karimov, Azerbaijani president’s special representative in Shusha, said about this at the 1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum (AIIF 2025) in Baku.

He stated that feasibility studies for investors are currently being prepared in collaboration with international consultants: "At the same time, the level of hotel services is being improved, and our goal is to attract reputable international hotel brands to Shusha."

Karimov added that the necessary medical infrastructure is being developed as part of the state program.

"The Shusha Health Center is already operational. It provides facilities for sanatorium-rehabilitation procedures, post-operative recovery, specialized medical services, and biological testing. In addition, work is underway to deliver mineral water supplies from the suburbs to the city itself," he said.
