September 26, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan and Bahrain cancel visa requirements for holders of diplomatic passports, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan on X.

It was noted that Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Bahraini counterpart Abdulalatif bin Rashid Al Zayani during the high-level week of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.

The ministers discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

They also exchanged views on regional and international issues between Azerbaijan and Bahrain.

The ministers signed an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the exemption from mutual visas of persons holding diplomatic passports.
